Samsung Galaxy A07 Surfaces with Key Specs and Color Options Before Launch

About a week ago, the Galaxy A07 was found on a certification site. Now the phone has appeared in colored renders, tipped by a reliable source on X. We have at least three color options inbound for Galaxy A07, with some tweaks to the design. Here’s how the phone looks.

White and Black paint jobs on the new Galaxy A07 4G may look familiar. The linear texture is back, but it’s far less noticeable. Presumably, the phone’s Green color is the main dish on the palette, a substitute for the Yellow skin on Galaxy A06.

The side rails look flatter, and the Key Island protrudes less on the new phone. Its camera module has also been revamped with a unified enclosure for two of its lenses. The leak claims it has the same 50MP main and 2MP secondary depth mapper combo as the older version.

The leaker may have grabbed these renders from an official source. One of the images even exposed a few details about Samsung's budget new model. This newcomer has a 6nm SoC this time and a prolonged update plan, competing in the upper end. It might be penned down for 6 years of OS/security updates.

Devices from this line usually have the PLS HD+ display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. Well, that’s no longer the case. Details on the leak foreshadow a faster 90Hz refresh rate, but it could come at the cost of slightly worse viewing angles. The A07 is built around a 6.7” HD+ TFT panel.

This is the first time a device from this category has a real durability rating. The A07 scores a standard IP54 protection from water and dust. It isn’t fully submersible, but accidental exposure to rain and splash will no longer damage this entry-level device.

The X leaker posted some other details about this device. On the 4G version at least, you can expect a 5000mAh battery and 15W charging support. The selfie cam will be 8MP. A Helio G99 might be used to handle its Android 15 x One UI 7 OS. The rest of its specs will emerge in time. For now, keep watching the news for updates.
