We’re only a day away from the official launch of the Realme GT Neo 3 in China. Like the rest of the GT series, the Neo 3 is a performance phone, and official Realme sources have already published some early previews and feature details. Per the teasers, the Realme GT Master's new cousin will offer the fastest charging speed and the most responsive display you can find on any smartphone right now.

The Realme GT Neo 3 screen is a 6.7” 1080P AMOLED panel. An extremely narrow and even bezel surrounds it, contributing to a remarkable 94.2% screen-to-body ratio. The phone refreshes at a smooth 120Hz rate, and it responds at a whopping 1000 Hz touch sampling rate (almost 10x the industry standard.) We’ll have confirmation when the Realme GT Neo 3 officially drops, but its display is nothing short of flagship-grade on paper.

Realme hasn’t cut corners on the cameras either. The IMX766, Sony’s most cutting-edge image sensor, sits behind the primary lens. It’s the same lens you’ll find inside Xiaomi, Oppo, and Vivo flagship phones. It’s powered by optical image stabilization for improved night and video performance.

It’s also worth noting that software on the new GT Realme mobile does most of the heavy lifting in modern smartphone photography. This is why the brand’s new imaging algorithms promise faster AF and shutter speeds, better AI scene detection, and upgraded low-light modes.

But perhaps the most striking feature of the Realme GT Neo 3 is its hyper-fast charging that’s advertised to power the split-cell battery inside the phone from 0 to 50% in just five minutes!

Battery safety and degradation are major concerns when a phone operates on charging standards that outpace most laptops. However, Realme notes their phone battery will only lose 20% capacity after 1600 charging/discharging cycles. Lastly, the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is at the heart of Realme GT Neo 3. So far, the upcoming phone has all the makings of a great flagship. The only missing piece is the pricing. We’ll keep you posted as the story develops.
