It’s been quite a while since Xiaomi Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra launched in the global market. The series’ only flagship member yet to break cover is the vanilla Poco F7, and rumors suggest its global unveiling might happen sometime in June 2025. Folks at SmartPrix recently dropped a clue about the phone’s exact launch date. Have a look.
The leak source confirms that the Poco F7 shall arrive in the global market between June 17 and June 19. These dates aren’t specific, but they did boil down the anticipated launch timeline to a single week. If the leak comes to pass, we might see the device taken to the stage in less than fourteen days.
Of course, this device will launch globally in phases. Starting with a few major smartphone markets, the phone should eventually expand to all the other countries where the Pro and Ultra variants have already arrived. Since there’s no official announcement or product listing on the official site, we take hints from the rumor mill about its specifications and features.
Apparently, the Xiaomi latest Poco model is supposed to launch as a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 Pro with identical specs. If that’s the case, the Poco F7 might show up on the global stage with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, 12GB or 16GB RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The display should be impressive, as it claims to have an HDR brightness of 3200 nits. This will be an AMOLED 6.83” screen with 1.5k resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It has an HDR10+ rating and Dolby Vision support, which makes content pop on an AMOLED display.
Poco F7 Pro or Ultra are beasts when it comes to cameras, but Poco F7 will have a modest setup with a 50 MP Main sensor and an 8 MP ultrawide shooter. The selfie camera on this device might be a 20 MP shooter hidden inside a cutout on top of the screen.
There’s a huge 7550mAh cell inside the Turbo 4 Pro, rechargeable at 90W. Some regulatory restrictions might cause the battery to shrink on the international Poco F7 variant, as we previously saw with the Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra.
