Two new flagships, OPPO Find X6 and Find X6 Pro, await their arrival in early 2023. The predecessors, Find X5 and Find X5 Pro, were cherished the whole year owing to their bleeding-edge tech and alluring designs. With the successors arriving with radical changes, that design and tech will soon get forgotten.
Industry-favored tipster Digital Chat Station posted render images of the new smartphone design befalling Find X6 and X6 Pro on his Weibo profile. From the looks of it, the Find series is finally giving up cornered camera modules with new-gen phones in 2023.
The newly discovered renders showcase an oversized circular disc on the phone's back, holding all the camera lenses and more. The disc is center-placed and takes up almost the entire upper half of the phone. The radical camera shift is a part of the company's promise to bring enormous optical sensors under the lenses.
Find Series' entire identity revolves around top-of-the-line cameras and unique platform designs. All previous Find editions in the OPPO price catalog have trended due to remarkable camera islands and flagship sensor configurations on every consecutive model. That applies to the X6 series as well.
The X6 series indeed awaits a memorable camera build. The line will bring colossal camera disc reminiscing this year's Xiaomi 13 Ultra and Vivo's X90 series. While Xiaomi and Vivo rely on software tricks to enhance zoom photography, the new Find X models will use better hardware to enhance telephoto shots and portraits.
X6 Pro awaits a high-end periscope telephoto sensor to improve image quality. In contrast to Vivo and Xiaomi, Oppo plans on using a bigger sensor under the zoom lens to add more quality. The phone is expecting a 1/1.5-inch sensor in the new super zoom camera and packs a 5,000mAh battery. The A76 is another hot-selling handset from the brand which packs the same battery capacity.
