A YouTuber who hosts a channel named “FrontPageTech” is being sued by Apple. From what we’ve gathered, the company blames him for revealing some secret iOS 26 features in his videos. The case is still ongoing, and right in the middle of all the heat, he posted another video to spill the iPhone 17 Pro’s design with renders.
Suspicions of a new design have been validated again by Jon Prosser, the YouTuber. It’s pretty much guaranteed at this point that iPhone 17 Pro’s camera island now spans the entire upper section of the body with even larger lenses than before. An orange finish is said to be in testing as well.
Side angles on Apple's latest iPhone model keep the flat edges and metal buttons. The bar design suggests space for larger sensors or new stabilization hardware. The YouTuber pauses mid-presentation to flash a text overlay: Speculation, don’t sue me or anything.
He does not address the lawsuit directly, besides the cheeky disclaimer. The video stays on the images, slow rotations, lens close-ups, and lights sliding across glass. His tone is measured, almost casual, as if the case exists in the background.
The YouTuber’s record seems to be uneven. He has called launch dates and design changes correctly. But he has also missed before. His flat-edged Apple Watch Series 7 render never matched the release. Still, his leaks spread quickly and shaped conversations about Apple’s upcoming products.
The telephoto rumor, if true, would be one of the biggest hardware jumps for the Pro line in years. More detail at higher zoom and less softness can be expected now. The thicker frame could mean battery or cooling changes.
For now, though, until the alleged September 9th launch, these renders stand on their own with the most accurate preview of the iPhone 17 Pro. The legal fight between Apple and the YouTuber moves in parallel in the meantime.
