Transsion Holdings brand Infinix started by developing low-cost smartphones. The brand got recognized for its entry-level handset portfolio. Lately, Infinix has been pioneering innovation with its R&D centers in Korea and France. Their products are also thriving in the mid-range and upper mid-range segments — case in point, Infinix Note 12 Pro and Zero X Pro.

The brand’s new project, “Infinix Zero Ultra 5G,” the next supposed flagship by the brand, has been under every tipster’s radar for a while now. Rumors have it that Zero Ultra will be the commercial execution of Infinix’s 180W Thunder Charge and 3D VCC (Vapor Cloud Chamber) technology.

3D VCC technology is the next step in the evolution of liquid cooling technology. Infinix claims that instead of making the vapor chamber entirely flat, the heat dissipation will enrich using protrusions wherever the heating components lie. The bumps will close the gap between heated surfaces like the CPU and cool it off up to 3°C more effectively than other VCs.

Leaks from a credible leaker, Paras Guglani, outlined the vital contents of Infinix Zero Ultra 5G. Per the tipster, the display unit is an AMOLED 6.7-inch with curved edges. The 5G nature of the phone dictates the use of a Dimesnity chipset, specifically, a DM 920 SoC. Its selfie camera will be the center hole on top of the screen.

The latest 5G Infinix mobile, Zero Ultra 5G, will probably feature a single 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. Earlier reports suggested the 200MP iteration of the camera and 4500mAh battery pack for power. Infinix claims the battery can charge up to 50% in under 4 minutes using 180W Thunder Charger. The brand will feature this phone in two color options only.

As for the previous rumors about the Zero Ultra launch in Pakistan, the brand hesitates to bring this device to Pakistan due to the fluctuating currency over the volatile USD/PKR situation. As it happens, most of the brands delayed their latest releases here. However, the expected release date for other regions is between September and October. Stay tuned for the latest developments.
