Infinix Hot 70 4G Listing Appears on Google Play Console with Key Specs

They launched the Infinix Hot 60 back in July 2025, so it’s fair to assume that the next model will be released around that time. FCC cleared the Infinix Hot 70 last month. And now Google Play Console has also added this newcomer to the list of supported devices. The Hot 70 is definitely on track.

GPC makes it clear that the handset only supports 4G LTE. There’s a Helio G99 chip here, which is a downgrade. They didn’t launch a 4G version of the Hot 60. But going back one more year, the Hot 50 4G used a Helio G100.

Helio G100 and G99 don’t really show a big performance gap. But Infinix reverting to the older hardware is definitely concerning. They are also dropping the base RAM to 4GB again. Last year’s Hot 60 5G had 6GB for the basic trim.

By the way, X6895 is the model code they’ve assigned to the Infinix new 4G mobile. The chip inside has a boost clock speed of 2.2GHz. There are eight cores here and a Mali G57 iGPU. It’s a good chip, but 4GB RAM could be a bottleneck. Multitasking will suffer.

The last thing GPC showed is 720p HD+ resolution for its screen, which we already saw coming. There was other useful info on the FCC database. There are two versions of this phone, and each has a different battery.

The rated capacity on one Hot 70 version is 5430 mAh. And the other is rated at 5600 mAh. Those are not what you typically see on the specs sheet. They’ll probably advertise them as 5700 mAh and 5800 mAh. Either way, 45W charging will be the same on both.

Only a 5200 mAh cell was used on the last version, so this is an upgrade. The phone is also thinner this time. They’ve gone from 7.8mm to 7.64mm, or at least that’s what the FCC revealed. And we also saw the IMEI label for X6895, which clearly showed 256GB storage. Keep watching the news for more updates.
