The leaks and hype surrounding next-gen iPhones continue to grow, and the latest scoop hints at some exciting design changes. According to reports from AppleTrack and the trusted analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, it seems Apple is gearing up for noteworthy enhancements.

One revelation suggests that Apple might be making a strategic move by reducing the size of the dynamic island on the Apple iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max. The aim is to achieve a higher screen real estate, potentially offering a more immersive display experience.

The video renders even showcase an iPhone 16 Pro with a center-aligned punch-hole cutout, sparking curiosity about the evolution of Apple's design choices. AppleTrack highlights the company's plan to introduce a dedicated Capture button beneath the power switch.

This subtle yet practical addition could enhance the user experience, making the cameras more seamless. The iPhone's latest Pro model's screen might also grow from 6.1 to 6.3 inches, while the Pro Max allegedly boasts a 6.9-inch display, up from the current 6.7 inches.

But the real showstopper is the camera upgrades. The Pro likely features a 5x Tetraprism optical zoom camera, a feature currently exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Not stopping there, analyst Kuo spills the beans on an ultra-wide-angle camera unit – upgrading from a 12MP to a stunning 48MP 1/2.55-inch unit.

And for the curious minds, the 'Pro' moniker remains intact on the 16 series, but the chipset will get a new name – the A18 Pro. Looking ahead to 2025, Kuo alleges that the iPhone 17 lineup will upgrade to a 24MP selfie camera. Stay tuned for more developments as they continue to unravel.
