According to rumors, iPhone 15's bigger Pro variant will acquire better hardware (camera, battery, screen, and storage) than its lower-priced counterparts, thereby assuming the name iPhone 15 Ultra. Where traditionally, the Pro and Pro Max variants lay on the same performance spectrum, the 2023's Ultra will take off as the series' Ultimate phone.
Performance segregation apart, the latest gossip suggests that the build quality of the iPhone Ultra might also bump up. The rumor mill expects the Ultra to leverage titanium armor, adding extra durability, lighter heft, and scratch resistance to the handset. If all that's said is true, the Ultra's price might spike due to titanium's high cost.
