Almost a month past its first appearance, Xiaomi finally deployed the latest Redmi Note 12 series outside China. An international event yesterday introduced three new devices to the world; Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro, and Redmi Note 12 Pro+. The variants are identical to their counterparts in China.

At the outset of its global rollout, Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Series launched in India first, indicating a nearing Asia-wide launch cycle. The newcomers have multiple impressive specs to their names. All of them come at soft-budget prices. Here's a detailed overview.

First on the list is Redmi Note 12. The vanilla contender boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with 1080p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It defaults the software version to Android 12 and uses Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 engine under the hood. Camera-wise, it carries three optical sensors; 48 + 2MP on the back and an 8MP selfie shooter on the front.

On Second comes the Redmi Note 12 Pro. The slightly expensive variant carries a similarly sized screen but uses an OLED 120Hz panel (1080p) with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The latest Pro Xiaomi mobile runs a Dimensity 1080 engine at 2.6GHz. It bumps up the specs in the camera department; 50MP + 8MP + 2MP sensors on the back and a 16MP unit for selfies.

Third and last, Xiaomi globally launches Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus. The series' most expensive unit boasts an OLED 6.67-Inch screen with an FHD+ resolution. It boasts Samsung's remarkable 200MP ISOCELL camera sensor, followed by 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro shooter. For selfies, it uses a 16MP lens. It runs Dimensity 1080 SoC at the core.

With recharge speeds of 33W, Redmi Note 12 starts at $187 (4+128 ~PKR 43,000). Redmi Note 12 Pro and Pro Plus use 67W, and 120W wired charging at the base prices of $300 (6+128 ~PKR 69,000) and $315 (8+256 PKR ~72,000), respectively.  Its predecessor, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11's Latest Price starts at 44,999 PKR.
