The company seems ready for the unveiling of the Xiaomi Redmi A3. Before the official announcement, someone uncloaked live images of the newcomer, offering a closer look at the device ahead of its launch. GSMArena has published about the leak, revealing everything about the phone’s design.

Compared to the last two generations, the Redmi A3 is light-years ahead in the design game. With a substantial 6.71-inch display on the front, the phone marks a notable increase in screen size. The camera island design has also changed, adopting a circular module reminiscent of the Realme 11 Pro series.

Previous revelations highlighted the Redmi A3's display specifics, featuring an HD+ LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 400 nits. The imaging setup includes a 13MP primary camera and an 8MP selfie snapper, promising users a value-worthy option.

Under the hood, the Redmi A3 will house an unmarked MediaTek processor with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. The new Xiaomi budget mobile introduces virtual RAM expansion of up to 4GB and incorporates a convenient microSD card slot for additional storage needs.

Powering the device will be a 5000mAh battery unit, ensuring lasting usage, albeit with 10W charging support. Connectivity features include dual-SIM support, 4G compatibility, WiFi 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 5.0, and support for various network bands.

Redmi is staying true to some classic features, retaining the beloved 3.5mm audio jack and adopting a USB Type-C port for charging. As the Redmi A3 gears up for its official debut, buyers can look forward to an affordable option that doesn't compromise on display or performance.
