Vivo Y600 5G Spotted on Google Play Console with Dimensity 7300e & 1.5K Display

Vivo Y600 5G could be another phone with a 10,000mAh battery. That’s being speculated based on what we found in the Google Play Console listing. The database was updated with a new device yesterday, and it showed the exact model number we’ve seen before on the Vivo V80 Lite. So this could be a rebranded version.

Vivo V600 5G has the model V2626 on Google Play Console, which is a familiar set of letters and numbers. There are two devices that have the same code: Vivo V80 Lite in Malaysia and Vivo S2 FE in India. That’s the third phone we’ve seen with the same model number but a different name.

The listing itself had a few specs. But the other details weren’t exactly hard to guess. There’s a 1.5K resolution (1260x2800px) here. The RAM’s capped at 6GB, possibly the base tier for the Vivo Y new model. And the page says it has Android 16 onboard.

They should start releasing devices with Android 17 onboard, but the Y600 5G is not one of them, sadly. Anyway, the handset is supposed to use the MediaTek MT6858 chip. That SoC is actually a Dimensity 7300e chipset, exactly what we had on the V80 Lite/S2 FE.

Most of the specs we have in the Y600 GPC listing match one-to-one with the Malaysian Vivo V80 Lite, so the rest of its hardware should match as well. So we can safely bet the Y600 has a 6.83” AMOLED, and its supported refresh rate is at least 120Hz. This is a 1.5K panel.

The AMOLED’s peak brightness will be 2000 nits, and there’s probably an optical fingerprint reader on it. The selfie camera is 32MP. They’ve put a 50MP main camera on the back. There’s potentially a 10,000mAh battery here. The cell will recharge via a 44W wired input. Keep watching the news for more updates.
