Vivo Y31d was pushed to the global market in January, so we already know its exact specifications. They took a while to plan the phone’s official release in Pakistan. But the launch isn’t far now. The teasers are starting to pop up on Vivo’s social media pages. This is everything you need to know about Y31d.

There are already two other siblings in the lineup. Vivo Y31d is actually the third model. Its specialty is a huge 7,200mAh battery, the largest in the whole lineup. The older Y31 and Y31 Pro have had 6,500 mAh batteries only. It’s among those phones that last two days on a single charge.
There’s also 44W fast charging here. The phone could do 50% in 43 minutes or less. The chipset downgrades Y31d to only 4G support. The other siblings are 5G. Vivo Y31d has the very new Snapdragon 6S 4G Gen 2 chip. It’s a 6nm platform with four Cortex A73 2.9 GHz cores. You can explore Vivo models, features, specifications, and the Vivo Price List here.

The GPU inside Vivo Y31d is a subpar Adreno 610, so it’s definitely not meant for gaming. This newcomer is also IP69 rated, which is highly resistant to extreme temperatures and water. It’s a budget phone at the end of the day, so they had to cut corners in a few places.

The display, for example, is an IPS 6.75” LCD that has a thick chin and very visible bezels. The panel is capped at 720p HD+ resolution. And pixels are pushed at 120Hz. It does upgrade the brightness to 1,250 nits HBM, which we don’t usually see on such low-end screens.

A single 50MP camera has been used here. The other lens is only for show. Vivo Y31d can shoot 8MP selfies as well. Both sides record 1080p@30FPS videos. There are dual speakers here. The Y31d does have stereo HyperSense sound and 400% audio boost option.
The WiFi is only dual-band. Vivo Y31d has 8GB RAM onboard and a maximum 256GB storage, where it stores Origin OS 6 and Android 16. There is no SD card support on Y31d, so the memory option you pick will matter. We’ll update you once they announce the phone’s official launch date. Keep an eye on the news until then.
