Vivo V40 Leaked with Renders and Specs; Fresh Design but Internals Largely Similar to V30

Their V series has always been premium in price. But Vivo had little to show for it until now. They are now going berzerk with the V40 series’ design. We hear they have been working on the Vivo V40 and Vivo V40 Pro. These models have beefy hardware and otherworldly designs. Or at least that’s what we hear from the leak-ville.

Both the phones are going all in with the Zeiss partnership. And that will reflect in their looks. Speaking of looks, we should now segue to today’s story. A leak spewed by 91Mobiles yesterday had everything about Vivo V40, from specs to renders. And you’ll be just as stunned to hear about it as we were.

That design on the Vivo V40 is something else entirely. Take a look at the renders up close. Vivo is keeping the streak live with the Zeiss partnership because there’s a stamp on the camera zone. Also, they seem to have exaggerated the camera region so much that it’s looking cosmical.

The leak told us that it’s a triple 50 MP camera setting all over again. We saw it with the V30. 50 MP (front), 50 MP (rear-primary), and 50 MP (ultrawide), nothing new there. Now, to control those cameras on the Vivo new flagship smartphone, they went with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip. All these big numbers will put a smile on the buyer’s face.

8 GB RAM plus 256 GB ROM may be the starter configuration the leaker’s talking about. Oh, and the leak also had a little something about battery and charging. Vivo V40 will do 80W wired power delivery. But, instead of a 5000 mAh cell that V30 had. Vivo V40 may be using a 5500 mAh source to pull the hard labor.
