Tecno's supreme handset, Phantom X, will bear a successor soon. Foreign Media reports and publications hint at a launch event set for December 7th in Dubai. Dubbed Phantom X2, the elite Tecno successor will land as the first true flagship from the manufacturer.

Ahead of the launch, multiple tech channels with credible sources have reported the critical specs of the Tecno Phantom X2. One source even gave away the phone's real-life images. Let's dive in to see what this phone holds in the bag for users.

Its unique build undoubtedly leaves a mark on the viewer's mind. The reason, Tecno has boldly centered and enlarged the camera module on the phone's back. Unlike most smartphones with centered modules, X2's cam doesn't have much symmetry, as you can tell from the pictures.

Large camera lenses are all over the place inside the platform. The wild form factor might appeal to some people, but its selling highlight is the bleeding-edge hardware. With its high-end specs and price history, Tecno Phantom X2 will snatch away thousands of customers from high-end brands.

A leaked report by TechArena24 claims that Tecno's new X mobile, Phantom X2 will rock a 6.8-inch FHD+ curved Super AMOLED touchscreen with high response and smooth 120Hz refresh rates.

With that oddly placed module, the primary rear camera will consist of a 64-megapixel sensor, followed by an ultrawide angle and a macro lens. The front camera will have a 32-megapixel sensor under a centered punch hole.

Alongside the confirmed MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC, the Phantom X2 will bear 8GB RAM, 256GB ROM, MicroSD expansion, a 5100mAh battery, fast power delivery, and an Android 12-based Operating system. The Leak handset is a premium category phone and will certainly cost higher than the Tecno Camon 19 Pro mobile's price
