Our Top 5 Best-Value Picks for September 2025

Xiaomi 15T Series

This duo was brought to Pakistan as soon as it was announced globally. Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro are probably the best value phones in the flagship range from last month. The only device that comes close is the Galaxy S25 FE. But we advise keeping that as your backup option.

The 15T Pro brings a flagship 144Hz 1.5K AMOLED and Dimensity 9400+ chip. It’s outfitted with a 50MP periscope zoom camera and a 5500mAh battery. And best of all, you get 90W wired and 50W wireless charging on this phone. The Xiaomi 15T Pro (12/512GB) only costs Rs 233,999 in Pakistan.

The basic Xiaomi 15T has the same 6.83” size 1.5K AMOLED, but the refresh rate is dropped to 120Hz. It has a 50MP telephoto (no periscope) and a 5500mAh battery rated for standalone 67W wired input. Xiaomi 15T will cost you Rs 169,999 in Pakistan. These phones will hit retail on October 6, a day after tomorrow. Right now, they are on pre-orders.

Vivo V60

Vivo V60 also debuted in Pakistan last month, and it may be the best phone in the upper mid-range class. Its local price is Rs 133,999 for the basic 12/256GB trim. It gives you a 120Hz 6.77” Quad-curve AMOLED with 1.5K resolution, which is perfectly reasonable at this cost.

V60 runs an Android 15 OS by default and promises four years of OS support. It also has a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 engine that revs at 2.8GHz clock speed with 12GB max RAM. They threw in a 50MP periscope telephoto and a 6500mAh battery here. It doesn’t have wireless charging, but its 90W wired input is plenty fast for quick refills.

Oppo A6 Pro

In the midrange class, it really comes down to a wire between Honor X9c 5G, Oppo A6 Pro 4G, and Vivo Y400. The Honor has better hardware, but it’s quite old and expensive. The Vivo phone is the cheapest, but it compromises too much on the hardware, almost edging on that entry-level mark. But the Oppo A6 Pro hits the perfect price-to-value sweet spot.

Oppo A6 Pro starts at Rs 74,999 and offers the ultimate IP69 durability and military-grade drop safety. It runs a Helio G100, which has the best gaming performance among all three phones. It carries the biggest battery of all at 7000mAh and the fastest 80W charging speed.

Xiaomi Redmi 15

Redmi 15 is the perfect entry-level phone, price or otherwise. It just launched in our market with a 144Hz 6.9” IPS LCD and 850 nits brightness. This is a 1080p panel, by the way, with a 7000mAh battery and 33W charging kit under the hood. The camera setup also fits the bill with 50MP (main) + 8MP (selfie).

Its chipset feels out of place, though. The Snapdragon 685 (6nm) is efficient, but the GPU is too weak. It’s definitely not built for gamers. A Helio G99 would’ve been a better choice. At least it can handle CPU tasks well. If you look past the chipset, Redmi 15 may be the best entry-level phone in last month’s roundup at Rs 45,999.

ZTE Nubia A36

The sub-entry-level space gets a bit tricky to navigate due to monotonous specs on the devices. Nubia A36 is the cheapest phone from last month’s roundup that has a somewhat modern design and a passable spec sheet. It may be the best value phone under the 20K mark.

Rs 18,999 seems to be the official price for A36’s 4/64GB trim, but you may find it for cheap on some online and offline platforms. We found no other mobile at this price that gives us a 90Hz refresh rate on a 720p 6.75” LCD, except the Nubia A36. There’s a 5000mAh battery on it with a 10W charging speed. Then comes the Unisoc T7200 SoC for processing power. Of course, this is just a monthly pick. You always have more options to browse if Nubia phones aren't your cup of tea.
