Samsung Galaxy A54 Grabs the Second One UI 8.5 Beta, Fixes Multiple Bugs

The second One UI 8.5 beta is starting to show up on the Samsung Galaxy A54. It took them only 15 days to hunt down the bugs and put together the next beta update for the tester. It’s only limited to a single country for now. But it could be due for more regions. We have the details here.

They unlocked the update for India, but we are pretty sure the testers in other regions will be hearing the good news soon. The start of the beta program wasn’t as smooth as we had thought. The testers gave feedback, and now there’s a second beta with plenty of bug fixes.

Of course, it should go without saying that only the Samsung members get to preview the One UI 8.5 beta. Not everyone will receive this update on their Galaxy A54. The firmware was seen on the Samsung Community forum. Here are the latest estimated Samsung  smartphones Prices in early 2026, based on Pakistan Store.

It seems the update size is only 497.84MB. The firmware version on your A54 will be changed to A546EXXUJZZD9 after the update. We also got our hands on the Changelog that showed exactly what Samsung changed on the second One UI 8.5 beta.

Bluetooth Autoscan didn’t work properly in the Settings. It has been fixed. Camera function stabilization was also looked into. Brightness and volume adjustment in the quick panel also had a bug, which they addressed in this update.

And the Direct Voicemail on Samsung phones will now use the Samsung TTS engine as the default. They are still working on One UI 8.5, and the stable update seems far for the Galaxy A54. There are probably more beta updates along the way. Keep watching the news to stay in the loop.
