Realme is ready to set a flagship killer loose. The device is going to launch as a global contender. Labeled Realme GT 3, the phone is due on February 28th at the MWC’s upcoming event. The announcement popped up on Twitter with a banner confirming the time of the presentation, though the list of countries receiving the phone is still a mystery.

The moniker highlights the most exotic feature of the GT 3, 240W fast charging. In a separate teaser, Realme shared some details about the phone. Its spotlight features are; a Qualcomm-powered Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and a record-shattering 240W fast charging. It will be the new fastest-charging smartphone in the world.

It appears to be a rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo 5 released last week in China. Toward the back, It has an enormous dual-silo rectangular camera island extended towards the right side with an open window through which you can see the SoC label. The Halo ring around the chip is likely a programmable RGB.

The Realme 5G new model is succeeding in the Realme GT 2 released at last year’s MWC, so the target market is the same. The phone centers the stage in gaming performance and aesthetics. The teasers are boasting slogans like  #SpeedtotheMax.

Realme is rebranding the GT Neo 5’s name to GT 3, opening the Chinese phone for Global retail. An identical feature set is imminent. Users should expect a 6.7-inch AMOLED display at a 144Hz refresh rate. Its alpha shooter will be 50MP Sony with OIS, and the selfie camera will bear a 16MP unit. The device will draw energy from a 4,600mAh battery, compared to the 5,000 mAh battery on the recent C35. Realme's current C35 price in Pakistan is around PKR 60,000.
