Oppo is offering the Reno3 Pro at a discounted price in stores nationwide, according to Oppo’s official Facebook page. If our readers recall, the non-5G variant of the Reno3 Pro debuted with the world’s first 44MP dual punch-hole selfie camera back in March this year at flagship oppo prices.
The ‘Pro’ edition to Oppo’s popular Reno3 series, initially retailing for Rs. 69,999, will now be available for Rs. 64,999, which makes for a discount of Rs. 5,000. The key highlights (aside from the dual punch-hole) would be the flagship’s robust camera ensemble and its fine build.
Its punched screen on Oppo Reno 3 Pro features a 44MP primary camera, combined with a 2MP depth of field module, which allows for hardware-grade ‘Dual Lens Bokeh’. Low-light shots can be further enhanced with the ‘Ultra Night Selfie’ mode, which detects faces and uses AI to reduce noise.
A vertical bump protrudes out the rear shell, housing a 13MP telephoto lens, a 64MP main camera, a 2MP monochromatic sensor, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. Oppo details that the 1/1.72” sensor behind the main camera is highly sensitive and produces a single pixel size of 0.8μm – delivering stunning high definition shots in turn.
Though the Reno3 Pro has a camera-oriented build, the design remains well-crafted. Its embossed rear-facing panel, polished and gleaming, is available in gorgeous Midnight Black and Aurora Blue shades.
Oppo has chamfered the Reno 3 edges to make for a more comfortable Pro grip and hidden the fingerprint sensor underneath the display. The featherweight build measures 8.1 mm in thickness and weighs only 175g.
The display itself stretches 6.4” across, delivers an FHD+ resolution, and a 91.5% screen-to-body ratio. The battery, rated 4,025 mAh, can be powered up with 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0. As per the official listing, it can charge your device from 0% to 100% in well under an hour.
The Reno 3 processing is
handled by a MediaTek Helio P95 chip, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of onboard storage.
The Reno3 Pro boots to ColorOS 7, which is based on the latest Android 10. The handset is now available nationwide at a discounted Oppo price of 64,999/- PKR.
