Oppo Reno 15c was also teased, besides the series’ primary devices, at yesterday’s event in China. Of course, the C in the moniker leads us to believe that it’s their cheapest option. Usually, that segment is covered by an F model, but they’ve obviously decided to make some changes here.
Reno 14F’s replacement may or may not arrive in the future. It’s hard to guess at this point. Of course, it’s also possible that Reno 15c has taken over its role in the budget segment, and we may never get to see a Reno F device down the line.
Anyway, these shots will give you an idea of what the Reno 15c looks like. Oppo only teased this device, and didn’t make an official debut, unlike the Reno 15 and 15 Pro. That is why there are no specs or a price tag to see here. All we have here is a design reveal.
They did tease a vague timeline in the banner. The image reveals in Chinese that Oppo's latest Reno mobile will arrive in December, but obviously, no specific date has been given. Oppo refuses to share its internal details, but the rumor mill may have a few clues.
We had heard rumors of a 6.59” device in the Reno 15 series, that slots between the 6.32” and 6.78” models. That model in the middle could be Reno 15c. Since they were right about Reno 15 and 15 Pro’s screen sizes, they could be accurate about Reno 15c as well.
Rumors also suggest that it has a 50MP Main camera instead of 200MP like the others. It’s obviously a cheaper model. So Oppo will cut some corners here and there.
