iPhone Ultra’s Design Exposed by a Case Maker; Renders Show MagSafe & Dual Cameras

Apple’s first folding device is actually called the iPhone Ultra. This title has been confirmed by several reports. That same model has now been found in leaked renders with a case on. These images were meant to show the design of the case. But they may have inadvertently exposed the iPhone Ultra itself.

As far as the fans are concerned, the case is just blocking the view. What we care about is the handset’s design, which is obscured. These images come with tons of information. And because the renders are from a case maker, this might as well be the most accurate visual of the iPhone Ultra at this time.

We see the iPhone Ultra from multiple angles here. It’s actually a light black finish on the handset. There’s MagSafe support on the folding iPhone. You can see the Ring on the base, which is usually where the case makers put the magnets for Mag Accessories.

One of the case renders showed us exactly how the accessories get attached. You can see the form factor they chose in said images. It’s not your average tall and boxy design. iPhone Ultra is actually wider. It may be the closest thing you have to a 16:10 aspect ratio.

There is a hole at the side of the case. We assume that’s where the UWB Antenna is. If you squint, you can even tell where the volume and power buttons are. It has also been confirmed that there are two cameras on the back and one in the cover screen.

The cover screen has a punch hole cutout. We can’t tell if there’s another selfie snapper on the inner screen. But we did learn that the iPhone Ultra is 4.7mm thin in the unfolded state and slapped shut at 9.23mm thick only. The cover display is 5.5”.

The screen on the inside is 7.8”. This newcomer will definitely feel more compact in the hand than the Galaxy Z Fold 7. The info comes from an older report, but the iPhone Ultra is expecting a 48MP main camera and an Apple A20 silicon. There may be a 5500mAh battery here, and they could bring back Apple ID with this newcomer. Keep watching the news for more updates.
