Infinix Smart 6 is the latest edition of the entry-level Smart series, which launched in the Fall. And this ultra-budget phone just dropped in Pakistan. The handset comes in two storage editions — the Infinix Smart 6 3GB+64GB and 2GB+32GB, the base model is one of the cheapest 2021 Android phones.

You can buy the phone through Infinix’s online channels or brick-and-mortar stores nationwide. Infinix Smart 6 offers only the core, barebones features that a modern smartphone needs. Specs are hardly the highlight for phones in this price range, but we will recount them all the same.

For starters, the screen is a 6.6” IPS LCD. It produces an unremarkable 720P resolution and 500 nits of peak brightness. It’s not exceedingly bright, so the sun mode provides better readability under direct sunlight. We find a notch bleeding from the top, containing a modest 5MP front camera.

The rear Infinix Smart 6 cameras resemble a triple-camera setup. But it’s a single 8MP camera, joined by an LED flash cluster. No advanced imaging modes are offered.

The latest Smart Infinix mobile comes in four colors: Heart of the Ocean, Polar Black, Sea Green, and Starry Purple. They’re all duotone. Plus, the Smart 6 casing is chamfered and clean, save for the instant fingerprint scanner resting in the middle.

Powering everything is a massive 5000 mAh battery. Infinix promises a whopping 87 hours of music playback and 23 hours of video streaming out of a single charge. Android 11 Go edition, designed for low-end phones, runs on the Infinix Smart 6.

DTS Audio Processing makes for an enhanced listening experience. Also built into the UI is a neat voice-changing gimmick. The USB interface is the old-gen MicroUSB. Infinix Smart 6 2GB+32GB edition starts from Rs. 15,999; the 3GB+64GB version is priced at Rs. 18,499.
