Attention tech enthusiasts, Honor will soon unveil its latest entry-level smartphone, the Honor X5 Plus. Although not the flashiest smartphone on the block, the oncoming device promises to cater to the practical needs of entry-level users without burning a hole in their pockets.

The Honor X5 Plus, as per a leaked report from Appuals, is expected to showcase a 6.56-inch TFT display, providing an HD+ resolution of 1612 x 720 pixels. While it may not be at the cutting edge of display technology, its 90Hz refresh rate compensates for its shortcomings.

Behind the lens, the dual-camera setup on the back comprises a 50MP primary shooter, providing decent shots, alongside a 2MP secondary lens to assist in depth sensing. Nothing notable about the selfie camera emerged in Appual’s report.

At its core, the Honor X5 Plus will likely run a MediaTek Helio G36 engine based on 12nm processing. Using the latest Android 13 OS, adorned with HONOR's customized MagicOS 7.1 skin, the Honor latest budget moblie will offer a smooth and familiar user interface. With access to GMS services, users can seamlessly integrate Google apps into their daily routines.

The smartphone is rumored to sport 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, providing adequate space for essential apps and media. For connectivity, it will support 4G with Dual NanoSIM function, Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Near Field Communication (NFC), and Bluetooth 5.0.

While the Honor X5 Plus may not be the talk of the town, it's positioning itself as a practical and affordable option for budget-range users. We’ll keep a vigilant eye on further developments regarding the Honor X5 Plus. So stay tuned for more updates.
