I bought QSmart Ultra from PriceOye, and from day one it was full of problems. No sound, banking apps’ biometric didn’t work, and the screen panel had light leakage. I sent it multiple times to Metacare under warranty, but nothing was fixed. Finally, they admitted the software cannot even be updated — meaning all QSmart Ultra phones have the same issues. ⚠️ Very poor quality phone and the worst after-sales service. Do not waste your money!
