I am using Lumia 625 and I think 625 is far better than Lumia 535 except the fact that 535 has dual sim option, but when it comes to Camera option which is a major issue nowdays, Lumia 535 has video recording of just 400 fps but Lumia 625 has a video resolution of 1080p i-e of Blu ray quality, That is one upper hand of 625 over 535 but Yes 535 does have a faster RAM than 625. Apart from these, All other features are the same in both 625 and 535....
