Poco C55 abounds to replace the overly-hyped Poco C50. Reports on the new phone are picking up pace. It recently bagged the IMDA certification from Singapore, and before that, it entered the EU's EEC database under model number "22127PC95G." These sightings are hinting at its nearing launch. It has surfaced again on another platform, and here's everything we know.

Poco C55

The same model number got indexed on Indonesia's TKDN listing to reveal it has 4G connectivity. There's not much to rat out, but the speculations have pointed out it might be a rebrand of Redmi 12C.

Poco C55, as mentioned earlier, is a 4G device, housing MediaTek Helio G85 SoC at the helm. Expectedly, its display has a 6.71-inch size with HD+ resolution at 1650×720. Coupled with a 6GB+128GB configuration, it should bear a 5000mAh cell.

The cameras here are standard, 50MP for primary and 0.08MP for depth mapping. Under its notch, users will find a 5MP shooter. All its variants are imminent with 10W charging support, and NFC will be exclusive to global variants.

Poco X5 GT

Poco C55 didn't land on TKDN alone; Poco X5 GT also got listed on the site. It seems to have a 5G-ready chip, enabling support for multiple 5G antenna bands. The model number it showed up with was "23049PCD8G." Both phones are different in class. Here's what the internet assumes they have at the core.

Tipsters speculate Poco X5 GT with Qualcomm's unannounced Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 SoC. Expect the device to be semi-premium, having a 120Hz refresh rate, 6.67-inch OLED, FHD+ resolution, 12GB RAM, and up to 512 Gigs of storage.

Its camera will perfectly align with a familiar model, Redmi Note 12 Pro. The primary unit is 50MP, and the secondary sensors are 8MP + 2MP. Its punch-hole screen will bear a 16MP selfie shooter, and the system will draw power from a 5500mAh cell recharging at 67W. Both models should appear in teasers soon to confirm whether these specs are accurate. The 10C is another popular model in Pakistan from the brand, Xiaomi Redmi mobile 10C price in Pakistan currently starts at Rs. 41,000.
