Xiaomi’s 17 series will debut in China on September 25. We have started seeing the official teasers on social media. Only a few days remain till the launch, and the company has already spilled the Xiaomi 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max designs in a promotional video. Take a look.

The General Manager at Xiaomi recently posted a video on the Bilibili platform in China that exposed the whole series. All three newcomers were in that clip with their respective color options. It also gave us a first look at their designs and previewed the secondary display on the Pro and Pro Max variants.

There are at least four color options on each handset. The bigger one is the Pro Max, and the two smaller ones right next to it are the basic and Pro mobiles. Pink, Blue, Dark Green, and White colors belong to the cheapest model in the line.

Be advised that the official names of these colors have not been confirmed yet. We are strictly going by their appearance here. You may see the standard Pro version in light green, dark green, white, and purple finishes. There’s speculation of a limited-edition Xiaomi 17 Pro with more hues.

Xiaomi's latest flagship mobile, 17 Pro Max, seems to have the biggest footprint, and it can be seen in the video as grey, white, purple, and light green. The launch is right around the corner, with just three days left, and it’s thanks to this video that we now have a much better idea of what to expect from the series.

The global path for the Xiaomi 17 series is undecided. Right now, they are prepping for its Chinese launch, which, by the way, will happen right after the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 unveiling. We’ll have the details about this chip shortly before the debut of Xiaomi 17, 17 Pro, and Pro Max.

Fans are mostly curious to try out the so-called Magic Black Screen, a throwback to the old Xiaomi 11 Ultra that first introduced a rear 1.1” display on the camera island. The Pro and Pro Max are improved versions. Stick around and wait for the lineup’s full coverage once it goes official on September 25th.
