Following the Vivo Y53s launch in Pakistan, Vivo introduced the Y33s in India - yet another budget-friendly Y-series phone. Featuring a sleek, polished design, high-res camera, and quick charging, the Y33s is offered at a budget-friendly price. It should be headed to more markets (presumably including Pakistan) in the coming weeks.

Starting with the internal specs, the Vivo Y33s has the MediaTek Helio G80 at its heart. It houses a 2.0GHz octa-core CPU with HyperEngine Game technology for dynamic resource management. A 5000 mAh battery and the FunTouchOS 11.1 (built on Android11) power the Y33s. The phone also supports 18W fast charging and reverse charging features.

You get 8GB of memory paired with 4GB of idle storage used as extended virtual RAM for smoother multitasking. The 128GB of internal ROM is expandable up to 1TB through the hybrid card slot. Features like the Ultra Game Mode, Multi Turbo, and liquid cooling keep the performance consistent when you’re gaming.

The display is a 6.58” IPS LCD panel. Vivo Y33s delivers a 1080P resolution, houses the front camera inside a V-notch, and uses the 96% NTSC gamut for color reproduction at an affordable Vivo mobile price. Face unlocking and the side-facing thumbprint reader cover biometric security.

Vivo Y33s shell has a frosted, AG texture that resists fingerprints, painted in Mid-day Dream and Mirror Black. Unlike most Vivo phones, however, its frame has flat, chrome edges. The raised camera platform contains three lenses and an LED flash.

It features 50MP f/1.8 wide and two portrait and macro sensors. Selfies are captured with a 16MP camera. You can shoot in the super night, portrait, and eye AF modes. Plus, EIS stabilizes video. Vivo Y33s starts from INR 17,990 (~ Rs. 39,800.)
