Vivo came out with the Vivo Y33s (from their latest line of budget phones) last month. The phone debuted in Malaysia, landed in India, and will soon be available in Pakistan. We don’t have the exact release date, but sources tell WhatMobile that Vivo Y33s is coming to Pakistan in the days that follow.

To review, the Vivo Y33s sports a trendy flat-edge design. Its shell (8mm deep) has an AG Glass finish offered in Mirror Black and the iridescent  Midday Dream. The fingerprint scanner and the volume rocker are embedded in the frame. Three lenses and an LED flash occupy a raised camera platform.

The screen has a typical notch and a wide chin. It’s a 6.58” IPS LCD that delivers a Full HD+ resolution at a standard 60Hz refresh rate. Vivo Y31's successor uses the 96% NTSC color gamut and a built-in blue light filter for eye comfort.

Three features ensure all-day battery life — a 5000 mAh cell, 18W fast charging support, and Energy Guardian tweaks. Plus, the Y33s can reverse charge other devices. At its heart, the upcoming addition to the Vivo price list has the Helio G80 chipset. It works with 8GB of memory (virtually extended by 4GB) and 128GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD card. FunTouchOS 11.1 powers this hardware.

The triple-camera system is made of 50MP f/1.8 wide, 2MP macro, and 2MP portrait lenses. One 16MP front camera is housed inside the front notch. Vivo Y33s can shoot in night mode with both front and back cameras. You can also pick from Pro, EIS video, and portrait modes. WhatMobile puts its expected price at Rs. 39,999.
