Vivo Y32 Pre-orders Live in Pakistan; Unisoc T7300, 8000mAh Battery & 44W Charging

We'll have the Vivo Y32 in Pakistan soon. It will be among the few phones in our market with up to an 8000 mAh battery. Don’t confuse this name with the Y32 from 2021. This is a rehashed version with upgrades. The launch date hasn't been announced yet, but pre-orders are live in Pakistan as of today.

The new rehashed version is a 4G LTE device once more. At least five years have passed since the first model showed up. They’ve had time to come up with a few upgrades. Battery size is way larger now. And they’ve completely changed the look of the Vivo Y32.

An 8000mAh battery on the Vivo new Y mobile would be its biggest upgrade. No ordinary phone in our market had that kind of battery back in 2021. But now it’s a common size for Chinese phones. This cell should last two days on a single charge for most. And a 44W charger is supported for a quick refill.

The original version had Android 11. They upped the OS to yesteryear’s Android 16. The OS runs on a Unisoc T7300. It isn’t exactly a huge upgrade over the existing model’s Snapdragon 680. They are both 6nm chips. UFS 2.2 storage and an LPDDR4X RAM module are wired to that chip.

The screen is still using 720p HD+ resolution and an IPS panel. The size is a little bigger at 6.87”, and its refresh rate is upgraded to 120Hz (from 60Hz). Its peak brightness is now 1300 nits. We’ve seen AMOLEDs with that kind of brightness, but rarely an LCD. No V-notch on the handset this time.

We see an 8MP selfie camera on the screen, in a punch hole. We either have 128GB storage or 256GB. The RAM will be locked to 6GB on both Y32 versions. The main rear camera did get an upgrade to 50MP. The original phone didn’t have an IP rating at all. But the new build is way more durable.

It has the best drop-safety rating from SGS (5 stars). Vivo Y32 went from no durability to an IP69 waterproof and dustproof chassis. They have the same 6GB RAM, but the base 128GB storage option has a Rs 82,999 price tag, and the 256GB trim bumps the cost all the way to Rs 99,999.
