Another affordable-price variant of the Vivo X80 family, X80 lite 5G, just went official in Czechia. As it turns out, the Lite-X80 is not a freshly concocted device. In reality, it's just a rebranded Vivo V25 with likewise camera layout, frame design, color palette, and internal specs. Let's take a look.

At the core of Vivo X80 Lite 5G, there's a Dimesity 900 6nm chipset. It's power efficient and uses a Mali-G68 MC4 integrated GPU for graphics and gaming. It couples 8GB RAM with 256GB of storage — the capacity is expandable using the Sim shared SD card slot.

For peripherals, the newcomer packs an immersive 6.44-inch AMOLED panel. A 90Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits brightness are the apex features of this phone. The screen supports 100% DCI-P3 and 103% NTSC Color gamut with HDR10+ and 1080p resolution. It also accommodates an under-screen fingerprint reader for security.

Design-wise, X80 lite looks pretty minimal. It implements Vivo's color-shifting technology to make the Sunrise Gold and Elegant black colors even more appealing. The new addition to the Vivo price catalog manages to pack a 4500mAh battery in a frame that's only 7.79mm thin. And it tops off using 44-Watt power brick.

X80 Lite's optics include a high-grade 50 MP selfie camera that supports autofocus, a 64MP primary camera with OIS, 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro on the back. The X80 has a portrait mode with a bokeh effect, video vlog, live photo, and night mode.

It runs Android 12 x FunTouch OS 12 right out of the gate. Since X80 Lite is a rebranded version of the already retailing V25, it is unlikely to launch in Asian regions again. Its price in Czechia is CZK 10,999, which converts to almost 105,000 PKR.
