Vivo X300 Series AnTuTu Scores and Specifications Confirmed Before Release

Vivo has started teasing its next flagship series on social media. The latest round of teasers from Weibo gave away the AnTuTu scores on the Vivo X300 Pro. The company’s product manager, Han Boxiao, has also confirmed the SoC and other key details to ramp up the excitement for this device. Here’s what we’ve gathered so far.

In a string of teasers on Weibo, Vivo’s product manager has shown how well the series performs on the AnTuTu benchmark. As you can see in the image, the X300 Pro went way beyond the 4 million points mark, which is likely made possible with the rumored Dimensity 9500 chip at its core.

The screengrab of the AnTuTu scorecard confirmed that the phone is faster than 99% of the devices on the market. The single test run consumed 5% battery, and the temperature only varied by 9.5 degrees, which means it can sustain TDP for long gaming sessions.

The vanilla X300 could use the same Dimesnity 9500 chip, sticking to the old pattern. So you can expect similar performance on either device. Vivo plans to reposition the base model as the compact model. It’s possible that Vivo's latest X model may take the X200 Mini’s place in the lineup this year.

The Vivo X300 is supposed to feature a 6.31” 8T LTPO AMOLED display that can reduce its brightness to 1 nit. The panel will have an ultrasonic fingerprint. Its Pro counterpart will be identical but with a bigger screen, likely a 6.78” OLED made by BOE.

The manager also shared the haptic details on Weibo. The Pro model has been teased with a new custom X-axis linear vibration motor that could give you more tactile haptic feedback than the previous generation. Apparently, this is the largest motor ever used on a Vivo phone.

Another teaser gave away the built-in UFS 4.1 (4 lane) storage on this device, which has a speed of 8.6GB/s. We also have a new signal booster chip on the phone that increases the cellular and WiFi connectivity. Vivo plans to release the X300 series in October, which is more than enough time for the rest of its specs to come out. Keep watching the news for updates.
