After months of anticipation, the Vivo V27 lineup finally goes official. Three semi-premium mid-rangers, V27 Pro, V27, and V27e, are out to compete in the market. Detailed below are the specifications for V27 and V27 Pro.
The standard Vivo V27 and V27 Pro have a lot in common. Starting with the screens, they both share sizable 6.76-inch visors layered with AMOLED 120Hz technology and Full HD+ resolution. In design, both carry identical builds curved from the front and the back.
In optics, both V27 and V27 Pro comprise a 50MP primary Sony IMX766V OIS sensor at f/1.8 aperture, followed by a secondary 8MP ultra-wide and a tertiary 2MP macro shooter. To the camera trio's right side is a Vivo-exclusive ring LED flash. The under-screen selfie camera for the duo is a whopping 50MP sensor.
Among the highlighting features, the Vivo 5G new model has Extreme Night Vision in real-time, Super Night Video, and Hybrid Image Stabilization that deals with video shakes using software EIS and hardware OIS simultaneously. The FunTouch OS 13, built on the new Android 13, is the cherry on top.
Besides their 5G dual-mode, the phones come with Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, and a USB-C port for charging. The batteries under their hoods are 4,600mAh with 66W fast charging.
The SoC is where V27 and V27 Pro's spec sheets part ways. Users will find the vanilla model powered by Dimensity 7200 chip; on the other hand, the Pro V27 has a more capable Dimensity 8200 SoC with a faster CPU and GPU.
Price-wise, Vivo V27 Pro will retail in three configurations, 8-128 GB, 8-256 GB, and 12-256 GB, starting at $459 (~122,000 PKR). The standard V27 has two variants, 8-256 GB and 12-256 GB, starting at $399 (~106,000 PKR). The rates will vary on a region-to-region basis.
