Samsung Galaxy S26 FE is possibly coming in September. That’s when they usually debut an FE device. We’ve been keeping track of this device, and apparently, it has made an entry on the UL Demko certification database. And the platform publicly revealed S26 FE’s charging speed.
There are at least two charging figures on the listing we saw. They write a 15V x 3A input, which is just a basic 15W support. But that’s just the base charging speed. The actual charging speed to be used on the spec sheet will be 45W. The listing also showed 10V x 4.5A input.
And just so you know, this won’t be an upgrade. The Galaxy S25 FE had the exact charging figures. But the Samsung new S mobile is smack dab in the middle of S26 (25W) and S26 Ultra (60W), so there’s nothing to complain about. That’s just how Samsung operates, unlike Chinese brands that already pushed past 100W charging years ago.
SM-S741W, SM-S741U1, SM-S741U, SM-S741B/DS, SM-S741B, and SM-S741N are the models that are supposed to use the listed charging specs. These are all the possible model numbers for the S26 FE, by the way. There is a bit of bad news, though.
The UL Demko listing had no specs or any other useful info besides the charging speed. We have, however, seen the SM-S741U and SM-S741B models on Geekbench before. They both used Exynos 2500 on the test with at least 8GB RAM and Android 17.
Exynos 2500 is not quite up-to-date. But we do know that it’s a 10-core platform with a 3.3 GHz boost clock. Not exactly what we call flagship numbers these days, but it’s just one generation behind the current 2nm Exynos 2600. It was only used on the Galaxy Z Flip 7 before the S26 FE.
Again, they debuted the S25 FE in September, and that’s why experts believe the timeline will repeat. You can just add the S26 FE to the list of flagship devices coming that month, and yes, the iPhone Ultra and 18 Pro series are also in the same boat. Keep watching the news for more updates.
