Samsung Galaxy A35 has Dual-tone Prismatic Look; Appears on GPC with Specs & Renders

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A35 is making headlines again, with Google's Play Console database listing the phone with specifications and design renders. A fresh mockup embedded with the Play Console entry showcases a familiar look, featuring the Key Island, individual camera cutouts, flat panels, and the signature Infinity-O display.

The render also suggests that the Galaxy A35 might boast a more intricate back panel color scheme. The dual-tone design, hinted at by the prism pattern in the image, blends nicely with the phone's internal theme. While not observed in the live photo from the RRA, this design element has surfaced in earlier leaked renders.

However, the dual-tone effect may only be a strategic move by Samsung to highlight the glossy finish of the Galaxy A35. The discrepancy between the render and the live photo raises questions about the accuracy of the representation, especially considering the wallpaper's suggestive prismatic light elements.

Delving into the essential hardware details, the Play Console confirms that the Samsung new budget mobile packs 8GB of RAM (5.6 – 5.7GB available when the device is idle), an Exynos 1380 chip, and a display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080, delivering a pixel density of 450 pixels per inch.

Notably, the Google database reveals that the Galaxy A35 will run Android 14 straight out of the box. While expectations point towards One UI 6.0, given its compatibility with the Android version, there's room for a surprise from Samsung opting for One UI 6.1 instead.

Despite these revelations, the Play Console remains tight-lipped about the potential release date of the Samsung Galaxy A35. As we approach the first anniversary of the Galaxy A34 in a few weeks, anticipation builds for a possible March launch for its successor.
