One UI 9 beta is even unlocked on the 3-year-old Galaxy S24 series. The first version came out around two weeks ago, and now they’ve updated One UI 9 with the second beta, which installs a bundle of new features extracted from the S26 and Z Fold 8.

A couple of screenshots are already making the rounds, where we see the Samsung Galaxy S24 series with a bunch of new AI features in the 2nd One UI 9 beta. Those images came from Tarun Vats, so they must be credible. The leak is actually being picked up by publications left and right.
By the way, we were right on the money about MyFanCam coming to older flagships. This is a software feature, after all, without any hardware restriction, which means it technically works on the Samsung new S mobile series. One UI 9 second beta added this AI tool to the camera with motion tracking.

Their Now Brief custom cards have also come to the S24 series. You can tell the AI what information you want to see on the Now Brief lock screen, and it will make a custom card for it. It’s literally that easy to make the Now Brief Cards. There are endless possibilities.

Now Nudge is actually a context-aware AI tool that doesn’t require any specific hardware, so it’s also added to the Galaxy S24 series through the second beta update. This hasn’t been a very effective feature on other devices, so we can’t comment on its utility.

Galaxy AI’s call features have a new menu: Call Briefs. This tool will keep a summary of your calls. So you remember all your conversations and pull the specifics when you need them. Galaxy S26 FE was the last device to give you those features out of the box.
Again, this is not a stable update, so most of you won’t be getting these AI tools anytime soon. Some of you, provided you live in the listed regions and own a Galaxy S24, can become Samsung Members and access the One UI 9 beta update to test those features early.
