Realme GT 7 Series Going Global on May 27; Three Devices Likely on the Way

Realme has officially confirmed its plan to unveil the GT 7 series globally on May 27th during an event in Paris. The Realme GT 7 Pro has already gone official in a few global markets, while we are still waiting for the standard Realme GT 7 to debut outside China. Hopefully, the event in Paris will mark a wider rollout for both devices.

The company also teased the GT 7 series launch in Pakistan, which is likely to commence around the same time as Paris. As for what the teaser revealed, these will be the first devices with a graphene-based IceSense cooling solution. The event slogan “Power that Never Stops” is a fitting description of their performance.

It’s speculated that Realme GT 7 and GT 7 Pro won’t be alone and joining them on the stage will be a Realme GT 7T, a less powerful version of the two. As per the official details, the GT 7 has the ability to sustain 120 FPS gaming for 6 hours continuously. They didn’t refer to which game that is, but if they are talking about COD, PUBG, or FreeFire, this could be a massive hit.

Realme GT 7 and GT 7T have been popping up in teasers non-stop for the last few days, so we already have an idea of what to expect. The non-pro variant has MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400e chip at its core, which is a direct competitor of the Snapdragon 8S Gen 3. With all the buzz, a lot of people are also starting to check out the Realme price list to get a sense of where these new phones might land.

The Realme GT 7T, supposedly the weakest member of the group, has a Dimensity 8400 chipset to run the system. If previous rumors are anything to go by, these two phones could be rebranded versions of Realme Neo 7 and Neo 7 SE, both of which are already available in China.

Rebranding them could be the brand’s way to launch these phones outside the Chinese market. So, they might have different tiles, but identical specs. The Realme GT 7 might use a 144Hz AMOLED, and the GT 7T will likely show up with a 120Hz LTPO OLED panel.

Both phones are expected to have massive Si/C batteries and more than 80W fast charging. The cameras on both devices might be 50MP + 8MP paired with 16MP selfie shooters on the front. As always, we can’t confirm or deny any of the preliminary specs until the series’ official launch. So, stay tuned for the event on May 27th for further details.
