So far, Oppo has sold the Oppo A74 (which came out earlier this year) under three different names, Oppo F19, Oppo F19s, and Oppo A95 4G. But this seemingly endless string of rebrands and rehashes continues because the phone is relaunching again soon. This time as the Reno 6 Lite, right on the heels of the Reno7 series.

Oppo Reno 6 Lite will first land in Europe. Official sources haven’t dropped any hints yet, but a phone leaker based on Twitter published the teaser trailer for the Reno 6 Lite. The tweet and promo also contain the expected product specifications.

The commercial for the Reno 6 Lite all but confirms it’s a renamed A74. But Oppo has given it a brand new paint job, seen here in an iridescent multicolored finish. It’s a chamfered, soft-edge casing featuring a raised squarish camera platform.

It’s an array of 48MP, 2MP portrait, and 2MP macro lenses. The camera app built into the new member of the Oppo price list can shoot in AI scene recognition, night mode, and portrait modes. Embedded inside the O-hole cutout is a 16MP front camera.

The cutout is found in a 6.43” AMOLED screen of the Oppo reno 6 lite aka the A95 4G. The display peaks at 800 nits of brightness, delivers 1080P resolution, and houses an optical fingerprint scanner below the panel. No high refresh or touch sampling rates are offered here.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 is at the heart of Reno 6 Lite, landing soon in Pakistan as Oppo A95 4G. The 33W SuperVOOC charging powers the 5000 mAh inside the phone. You get 6GB of memory (virtually extended by 5GB) and 128GB of internal storage. ColorOS 11.1, based on Android 11, runs on the Reno 6 Lite.
