Vivo is not the only company that has an Ultra device lined up for March. There’s also an Oppo Find X9 Ultra that could launch in the same month, and its camera specs were just reported by a leaker on X. These are the alleged sensors Oppo might use on this phone.

This leaked post is from X/Twitter handle @HLTM7, which seems new to the rumor mill. But this leak is being cited by many credible publications. That’s why we decided to take a look at it. And the specs actually seem plausible. This Oppo Find X9 Ultra will have four cameras on the back.
Leaker doesn’t mention the selfie. But all the sensors behind the phone were listed in their post. There’s obviously a primary non-zoom camera that’s supposed to be a 200MP Sony LYT 901 (1/1.12”) main sensor at 23mm focal length. This is Sony’s first 200MP mobile shooter, and it has certainly become mainstream for the Ultra segment.
Then comes the second big camera on Oppo's new flagship mobile. It’s also said to be a 200MP sensor for periscope telephoto shots. This one will zoom 3X or 70mm. That’s not a lot. But the Find X9 Ultra is probably banking on the digital zoom of its 200MP OmniVision OV52A (1/1.28”) sensor.

There’s also an extra 50MP telephoto sensor on this phone that will optically zoom to a 10X range. That’s supposedly coming from a 230mm 10x Telephoto 50MP Samsung JN5 (1/2.76”) sensor. There has always been an extra telephoto on Find X Ultra phones. But 10X zoom is certainly new to its specs sheet.

Of course, every flagship phone has to have an Ultrawide lens. And the X9 Ultra actually brings a second Samsung JN5 1/2.76” 50MP sensor with a wide lens topology for it. It has a 15mm focal length. That usually means a 120-degree field of view. The leaker didn’t exactly say if it’s a 0.5X or 0.6X range.
There’s a strong possibility here that this leak will pan out. But it never hurts to keep an open mind about it. After all, nothing’s really final until the company itself has officially announced it. Keep watching the news for more updates on the Oppo Find X9 Ultra.
