Infinix Smart 20E Leak Reveals Key Specs and Four Color Options Ahead of Launch

Infinix Smart 20 apparently has a sibling that’s about to launch in four colors. Most of its specs were leaked today, so we know it could be a cheaper version. They call it the “Infinix Smart 20E.” Their names and designs have a close enough resemblance that you might confuse the two. We’d like to point out some differences here.

They’ve retouched the design on the Smart 20E. It has a ring LED flash on the rear. The original Smart 20 had a simple LED. But it still has two squarish lenses and a horizontal camera bar that will look familiar to you. Four color options can be seen in the leaked renders (via NaijaAndroidArena).

By the way, the Smart 20E is already approved by the USA’s FCC with model code X6843, so it’s definitely coming, though the exact launch date is anyone’s guess at this point. The leak source did figure out its alleged specifications. This is a 4G LTE device, obviously.

The phone is entry-class, but it does have 4GB (base) or 6GB (upgraded) RAM and 128GB storage, which is ideally the bare minimum for any device using Android 16 or above. There were no chipset details in the leak. We assume it’s either using a MediaTek or a Unisoc SoC. That chip will connect to eMMC 5.1 and LPDDR4X RAM modules. By the way, compare current models and find the right option with the Infinix Phones Price list in Pakistan.

The screen is apparently a 6.78” simple LCD panel. There’s a hole cutout on it. This is probably a 720p HD+ panel, and the refresh rate is said to be 120Hz. All pretty standard for a phone of this pedigree. The original Smart 20 had a 5200mAh cell and 15W charging.

The Smart 20E will drop the cell size to 5100mAh and the charging to 10W. The newcomer OS should be Android 16 with the XOS 16 skin. It only has a single speaker. There are also dual-band WiFi and BT 5.2. A few chosen regions will get NFC inside this newcomer.

It’s officially rated IP64. That’s full dust ingress protection and a partially waterproof frame. Smart 20E is a little thicker at 8.25mm, but it is quite light at 187g. We are still missing the camera details. We’ll get back to you when we have the rest of its specs. Keep watching the news for more updates.
