Infinix GT 50 Pro Hits Geekbench Database; Reveals Chipset and Memory

The Infinix GT 50 Pro isn’t far now. It seems they are skipping the GT 40 moniker. And the company’s next gaming lineup actually includes the GT 50 and GT 50 Pro devices. Geekbench just updated its database with details about the latter, and here’s what we found about it.

X6891 is the model code Geekbench had on the scoresheet. This doesn’t exactly confirm the name of the device, but an early IMEI database listing already linked this model number to Infinix GT 50 Pro. The GSMA certification confirmed its name, and Geekbench exposed its chipset.

There’s a 3.25GHz boost clock speed on its single prime core. Three of the cores have 3.0GHz speeds. The other four are efficiency cores of 2.1GHz. The CPU section didn’t have any other info, but we did find a Mali G770 GPU in the benchmark source code.

It all but confirms that the chipset in Infinix's new GT model is actually the Dimensity 8400 Ultimate. And it falls right on the succession path, because the older GT 30 Pro had a Dimensity 8350 Ultimate. There’s obviously Android 16 (possibly XOS 16) running on it.

Geekbench tested the 12GB variant here. But they might also have an 8GB trim, just as before. All this hardware inside the GT 50 Pro yields about 1,612 single-core points on the Geekbench v6.3 benchmark. And its multicore score average was around 6,686 points.

This is nearly a flagship-grade build, if the numbers are anything to go by. Of course, it’s a gaming phone, so the chipset has to be from one of the upper tiers. That’s about it for what the Geekbench database spilled on the GT 50 Pro.

There’s no telling how they will price this alleged GT 50 Pro. It’s obviously way too early to comment on any of its other specs. And nothing can be said about its launch timeline either. We’ll wait for more updates to appear. So keep watching the news.
