According to recent reports, Infinix is gearing up for the launch of its highly anticipated smartphone, the Infinix GT 20 Pro, as it receives certification from Indonesia’s SDPPI platform. The device, spotted previously on Geekbench, TUV, EEC, and Wi-Fi Alliance, has now surfaced with model number X6871 in SDPPI’s database, signaling its impending release.

While the certification confirms the GT 20 Pro's arrival, details regarding its specifications remain scarce. However, previous sightings on Geekbench revealed the smartphone is likely to be powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset and sport 12 GB of RAM, running on Android 14.

Notably, last year's GT 10 Pro offered a near-stock Android experience in select markets, hinting at a similar software approach for the GT 20 Pro. The Infinix GT 20 Pro must likely be available in two configurations: 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage.

Further specifics regarding the Infinix latest GT model are yet to be fully uncloaked. In other developments, Infinix is reportedly working on the Note 40 series of smartphones, comprising the Note 40, Note 40 Pro, Note 40 Pro 5G, and Note 40 Pro+ 5G. Reports suggest that the Note 40 and 40 Pro will be powered by the Helio G99 chipset, with the latter supporting 45W fast charging.

Meanwhile, the Note 40 Pro 5G will likely share similarities with the Infinix GT 20 Pro. With mirrored specifications, the Note 40 Pro+ 5G may also boast a 100W fast charging kit alongside an all-new MagCharge wireless charging feature. Anticipation continues to mount for the launch of these devices, and enthusiasts eagerly await further details on their specifications and availability.
