Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Series Goes Global in Europe with Three New 5G Devices

The global launch didn’t include any 4G variants, but the Redmi Note 15 lineup is finally out of the Chinese market. They’ve just unveiled the Redmi Note 15 5G, Note 15 Pro, and Note 15 Pro+ in Poland, and each phone has brighter AMOLED and much larger batteries than their predecessors. This is all you need to know about the series.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro+

This is the pricier model, of course, and it differs by battery size, camera, and many other specs. It has the best chipset of them all, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. Consider this phone a midrange performer. The screen on Pro and Pro Plus is one and the same.

These upper two models have a 6.83” AMOLED CrystalRes screen with 1.5K resolution. Their refresh rate goes to 120Hz, which is standard. Gorilla Glass Victus is here to guard the panel, and you have screen-laced fingerprint ID on each handset. 3200nits is the maximum brightness on both displays.

There’s a 6500mAh battery on the Pro+, which is a bit smaller than the standard Pro. But this is the only model in the lineup with a 100W charging speed. The camera setup doesn’t have a telephoto here, in case you were wondering. The Main shooter is 200MP with 8MP Ultrawide, and a tiny 2MP macro.

Its selfie snapper on the screen takes 32MP shots. There are two speakers on each device, so that’s something. The IP69 rating is given to both the Pro and Pro Plus. This series doesn’t have Android 16. It’s just Android 15 with Hyper OS 2. They set the Note 15 Pro Plus’ cost at ~$550 (~PKR 154,000) for an 8/256GB trim.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro

The standard Pro gets flatter around the edges, but the panel specs remain identical. It’s 6.83” with 1.5k resolution on a 120Hz AMOLED. A 3200 nits peak brightness level and the HDR10+ content support are common across both versions, not to forget the IP68/IP69 water protection ratings.

The “Pro” doesn’t have a telephoto either; just a 200MP main and 8MP ultrawide. Plus, the selfie shooter goes down to 20MP. Be that as it may, the phone still shoots 4K 30FPS videos, since it packs the latest and greatest Dimensity 7400 Ultra chip.

It’s also running Android 15 out of the box, Hyper OS 2.0 skin, powered by a huge 6580mAh battery. The charging, however, is cut down by half on the Pro version at 45W. No Audio Jack, of course, but the Dolby dual speakers are still there. The Note 15 Pro 5G is a bit cheaper, as the base 8/256GB trim goes down to ~$468 (~PKR 131,000).

Redmi Note 15 5G

This one’s different from the rest. The display doesn’t match. The Note 15 has a 1080p screen at 6.77”. It’s 120Hz, and the local peak brightness is claimed at 3200 nits. This is still an OLED, and the fingerprint is right on the screen. They had teased the battery before. It’s 5520mAh.

You can plug it into a 45W adapter, by the way. The cameras are different, too, in case you were wondering. They drop the Main sensor down to 108MP, which is still decent. The second lens is Ultrawide. You can also take 20MP selfies with the Redmi Note 15 5G.

This phone has the weakest chipset of the three, but it fits the category here. There’s a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 on the Note 15. Consider this chip a Dimensity 6300 equivalent. Durbality takes a hit with its lower price. The vanilla model only has an IP65 rating. We also have WiFi 5 on it and the Dual Speaker action. The phone is priced just right at ~$330 (~PKR 92,000) for the base 6/128GB option.
