Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Turbo Unveiling Soon; Credible Leaks Point Out its Imminent Launch

Xiaomi's Redmi Note 12 family is not whole yet. It is to expand soon with the addition of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Turbo. We've discovered the phone listed on multiple certification links, and it has now surfaced on Xiaomiui, which touted its nearing launch. Let's see what this new leak entails.


Xiaomiui's latest publication suggests Redmi Note 12 Turbo is ready for unveiling. Its last OS build is stable firmware version V14.0.2.0.TMRCNXM x Android 13 x MIUI 14. The report has multiple details on the newcomer. Here's a quick rundown.

According to re, the earlier certification formalities for turbo revealed a 67W fast charging kit attached to the motherboard codenamed "marble." The SoC inside will likely be the sequel to Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 called "7 Plus Gen 1." 


Earlier reports hinted that Redmi Note 12 Turbo plans to go official in China, while in the Global market, it will retail as a rebranded version called Poco F5. Xiaomiui's report corroborated previous claims. With all the confirmed details about its software and specs, the rumor mill believes the launch is nearing. The upcoming Redmi Note 12's pricing details have not been officially announced yet, but based on the previous Xiaomi price list, the device is expected to be competitively priced.


In other specs, Xiaomi plans to endow Note 12T / Turbo with a 6.67-inch OLED display cranking a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will also shine in photography with its triple 50MP + 8MP + 2MP camera setting. A 5500mAh cell at 67W will power the device. 

Rumors about Poco F5 Pro have also been piling up, suggesting it is a rebranded version of the Redmi K60 that packed Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1. However, nothing evidence-based about the Pro has surfaced yet. We'll make sure to report if something solid comes up on the successors of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 lineup.
