The Redmi C-series continues its momentum with fresh visuals of the highly-awaited Redmi 13C making waves online. The forerunner Redmi 12C initially graced China last December and later hopped to the global market in March. It seems the successor is gearing up for a similar fate.

The leaked glimpses reveal that the Redmi 13C flexes a robust 50 MP primary camera, escorted by two additional rear lenses. It retains a waterdrop notch for the display and continues to honor the 3.5mm headphone jack, a feature that keeps traditionalists smiling.

Moreover, the new Redmi C model will present itself in a palette of three colors: black, blue, and a mellow light green, though we expect Redmi's creative team to doll up these names before release.

While the Redmi 13C leaks have just opened the floodgates, the tech circles anticipate a cascade of further details soon, possibly through a medley of leaks, certifications, or benchmark exhibitions. The leaked renders of this Xiaomi budget new model initiated the countdown towards the model’s official revelation.

However, the absence of these tidbits for now suggests the official release may mirror the year-end unveiling of its predecessor. For those curious about the predecessor's credentials, the Redmi 12C packed a 6.71-inch display powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC.

The device features multiple RAM and storage configurations and bears a 50 MP primary camera alongside a depth sensor. It also has a 5 MP selfie lens in a decreet notch, all backed by a 5,000 mAh battery and 10W wired charging support. Redmi 12C forms a solid springboard for speculations around how Redmi 13C might stand out.
