Xiaomi 17 Ultra is due this month, so the wait isn’t long. We’ll begin seeing official teasers in a matter of days, but first, the phone’s spy shots are taking the internet by storm. We had heard rumors of the revamped camera system, but these images pretty much guarantee it.

These spy images are probably taken at the factory premises. The company tried to keep the design under wraps, so they’ve put the device in a metal enclosure. But there’s no denying, this is the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. The camera layout is a dead giveaway.
By the way, the source behind this leak is a Weibo tipster with the handle Todo Plus. One image punches into the mobile itself for a camera close-up. Props to the person who took these spy photos. The other one is a zoomed-out shot.

You can tell at least three cameras are present on the back of the latest Xiaomi Ultra model. The periscope telephoto shooter is massive, and it clearly shows where the company’s priorities lie, camera-wise. Once again, the zoom lens will steal the show here.
There are two other cameras on the bottom, one for the Main sensor and the other for an Ultrawide. Images don’t reveal much, but the camera numbers have been reported several times these past few weeks.

An X leaker reports that two camera configurations are being tested for this model. One of them showed a Main 50MP OVX10500U sensor for the 17 Ultra. A 200MP Samsung ISOCELL S5KHPE telephoto unit is also spotted among the lenses.
A third 50MP (OV50M) or 50MP (S5KJN5) ultrawide camera is also coming to this phone. We now wait for more sources to corroborate these numbers. We’ll get back to you as soon as we find something new. So keep an eye out for more stories.
