The rumor mill has been abuzz with whispers about the company’s next flagship handset, the Xiaomi 14. We now have a tantalizing glimpse into its design, courtesy of a leaked schematic sketch shared by the reputable Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station.

The leaked schematic reveals the Xiaomi 14 abound with a familiar design. Sporting a flat display with ultra-slim bezels, Xiaomi 13 successor is sure to leave an expression. Atop the screen, positioned perfectly at the center, a discreet punch-hole cutout nestles the front-facing camera.

On the back, Xiaomi 14 uses a blueprint that matches its predecessor. The square-shaped camera module, reminiscent of the Xiaomi 13 series, showcases the company's newfound commitment to refining its successful design language.

However, eagle-eyed observers will notice larger camera cutouts on the Xiaomi new 5G model for the primary and telephoto lenses, indicating potential improvements in photography. Accompanying these lenses are an ultra-wide-angle shooter and an LED flash unit, promising versatile imaging capabilities.

While the schematic leaves us yearning for more information, a recent leak has shed some light on the Xiaomi 14's powerhouse. Expect a robust 4,860mAh battery unit bolstered by the lightning-fast 90W charging technology and the convenience of 50W wireless input.

The processor running Xiaomi 14 will be Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Moreover, the device might house an impressive 1-inch camera sensor alongside a 1.33-inch sensor currently in the research and development phase.

As always, it's important to remember that leaks and rumors do not always paint a full picture. And the final design may undergo some additional changes. Nevertheless, the leaked schematic certainly sparks anticipation and leaves us eagerly awaiting Xiaomi's official unveiling of the 14 series.
