The 13-series by Xiaomi is their latest flagship arrival. It introduced two mind-blowing devices: MI 13 and MI 13 Pro. But these devices alone don't complete the set. MI 13 Lite and MI 13 Ultra are still pending. As reported in the latest break, the Ultra launch might be late.

In a news report earlier, the brand's CEO Lei Jun teased the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in an interview, saying it will be a global phone. It hinted clearly that the launch would occur at the next MWC event. Digital Chat station, the ever so popular tipster, has reservations about that news. He says that the launch won't occur until late February or March.

In his words, the OPPO Find X6 and Honor Magic5 series are preparing for launch, and they will not break cover until after the Chinese new year celebrations have wrapped up. That could take the release to the mid of February. MWC event will take place later on. Since Mi 13 Ultra is to become official at the same event, the tipster estimates it to be late.

Moreover, according to multiple Chinese reports, Mi 13 and 13 Pro are going global soon at a flagship Xiaomi Mobile Price. The new lineup is set to debut at the MWC event in Barcelona slated from February 27th to March 2nd. MI 13 Ultra will likely debut globally at the same event alongside its siblings.

While the event date is secure, the rumors of the Xiaomi 13 series going global at the same event are highly controversial. So take this news with a hint of skepticism. Specs-wise, rumors suggest Mi 13 Ultra with a 1-inch Sony IMX989 50-megapixel primary camera.

Under the hood, it will sport the latest snapdragon SoC and max 16Gigs of LPDDR5x RAM with UFS 4.1 storage. The phone will bring a quad camera setup with PDAF autofocus and an ultra-stable primary camera. Gimbal optimization could be a new feature with Mi 13 Ultra. A viable alternative for those looking to buy now can always opt for the precursor from last year. Xiaomi 12 standard edition price in Pakistan starts a little south of 180,000 Pak rupees.
