Vivo Y55 4G is Coming to Pakistan Next Month with SD 680 chip, AMOLED Screen and 44W Fast Charging

The ultra-affordable Vivo Y01 dropped in Pakistan just a month ago, joining a long string of conventional releases under the Y-series branding. And Vivo Pakistan is soon following up on it with the mid-range Y55 4G. Nothing shared on official pages yet, but we have the launch timeline, specs, and pricing to report. Here’s the scoop.


No formal announcements have been made yet. But our sources reveal the Vivo Y55 4G to be rolling out in the first 10 days of July, And the phone should hit store shelves within the same period. The specs have much to say so here’s everything you need to know.

The Vivo Y55 4G features a 6.44-inch AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution and a 60 Hz refresh rate. There's a teardrop notch on the display with a 16MP sensor for selfies and video calls. The display also rocks an In-display fingerprint scanner.


At the rear, there is a new camera layout we’ve seen in recent flagship devices. The camera layout on Vivo's new model is divided into two circular housing, sitting on a rectangular bump. It's a triple camera setup with a 50 MP main shooter and a pair of depth and macro sensors of 2 MP each, no ultra-wide there.


Under the hood, the Y55 5G has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 platform with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It comes standard with Android 12-based FuntouchOS 12. To power the internals, the handset comes equipped with a 5000mAh battery pack with support for 44W fast charging.

The Vivo Y55 4G comes in black and white shades and is expected to be priced between Rs. 52,000 to 56,000 Pakistani Rupees.
