Vivo X300 Ultra Expected Launch Window and Battery Size Reported in a Leak

Only the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro have made it out so far. The next addition to the lineup is the Vivo X300 Ultra, and a leak has now spilled its launch details and battery specs. This newcomer is supposed to stack up next to Galaxy S26 Ultra and Xiaomi 17 Ultra. Their launch windows are closer than you think. Here’s what we know.

A leaker on Weibo reports a Q1 2026 launch window for the Vivo X300 Ultra, which is no surprise. The older X200 Ultra came out in April, and the same might happen for its successor. The timeline Smart Pikachu shared is pretty vague, though. We’ll let you know if we find a specific date.

The leaker also included the battery capacity in his Weibo leak. Vivo X300 Ultra could bring a large 7000mAh cell. Vivo used a 6000mAh cell on the X200 Ultra, so this will be a decent upgrade. The X300 Pro used a 6510mAh Si/C battery, and it’s safe to assume the same tech will power up the Ultra model.

The leak was short and to the point, and it didn’t give away any other details. There are rumors about this newcomer, saying a dual 200MP camera setup will appear on the Vivo’s flagship new model. They’ve already had a 200MP periscope telephoto on the existing Ultra devices.

The same 200MP resolution outsole is probably coming to the main sensor this time. The X300 Ultra will have the most decked-out camera setup yet. Now these aren’t the only two cameras on the phone. Let’s not forget the 50MP ultrawide unit on the back and 50MP (alleged) selfie shooter.

We assume the X300 Ultra won’t be a China-only offering. A global launch is a possibility once it has been deployed in the hometown. It’s still pretty far, and these are just early speculations. We are sure more specs will turn up as we get closer to its debut. Keep watching the news for updates.
